Tweed Heads Aged Care Facility was developed as a 3 storey building.  This allowed for staged construction to ensure the existing residents could remain on site.  This facility was the redevelopment of an existing 30 Bed Hostel.  The current building has 71 Apartments with a special care wing, administration and courtyards at ground level.  A proposed 30 Bed extension is due to commence in 2013.
