This Aged Care Facility was a redevelopment of an existing Hostel. Stage 1 works consisted of a 32 Bed RACF with a new entry and carparking.  A 14 Bed Special Care Wing was stage 2 works and was completed in July 2012.  The project was staged to ensure the existing residents could remain on site during the works.
