This Aged Care Facility was a redevelopment of an existing Hostel and Nursing Home. Stage 1 works consisted of a 3 storey 40 Bed RACF with a new kitchen, laundry and carparking. Stage 2 included a 2 storey 33 Bed RACF connected to Stage 1. Works were completed in September 2012. The project was staged to ensure the existing residents could remain on site during the works.
