This project consisted of a 3 storey Building, with Basement carparking, commercial kitchen, laundry facilities to support a 2 storey Aged Care Facility.  The top level has a large Activities Room overlooking the water. There are 14 spacious Independent Living units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom units.
